This soothing 45-minute class blends gentle breathwork and self-compassion meditations, designed to calm your nervous system, soften tension, and help you move into the busy season with more ease, kindness, and emotional balance.

Endometriosis Meditation Session at Umina Beach Surf Life Saving Club

Living with endometriosis pain is exhausting — and you deserve a space to breathe, unwind, and feel supported.
Join me at Umina Beach Surf Life Saving Club on Wednesday, Dec 17 from 6:00–6:45pm for a gentle 45-minute meditation class designed specifically for endo pain relief.
We’ll use calming, science-backed techniques like breathwork, body scanning, and nervous-system soothing practices to help reduce pain, release tension, and bring your body into a more restful state.

Kid's Meditation Classes

Friday January 9th - 23rd (11am- 11:30am)
Calm Minds, Big Hearts
Join this beautiful, fun and relaxing 3-week program designed to help kids build calm, confidence, and resilience through the magic (and science!) of mindfulness and meditation.
Here's what to expect:
Kids (Ages 6–12) – 30 minutes (3 classes total) 11am
These fun and engaging mindfulness sessions teach kids simple breathing, body awareness, and self-regulation tools. Each class includes meditation, games, and creative activities to help children feel safe, calm, and connected to themselves.
