Meditation & Mindfulness Classes

I’m so excited to offer in-person meditation and mindfulness classes, where we come together to pause, breathe, and reconnect.

 

Whether you’re looking to reduce stress and anxiety, cultivate self-compassion, or simply enjoy a moment of calm in your week, these sessions are designed to be accessible, supportive, and deeply restorative.

Drop-In Midday Meditation Sessions at Umina Beach Surf Life Saving Club
Wednesdays; May 13th to June 3rd; 12:30pm-1:15pm

Location: Umina Beach SLSC (second floor, main building)

Cost: $80 for all 4 sessions; $23/session for casual drop-ins

Join me at Umina Beach Surf Life Saving Club on Wednesdays, May 13th to June 3rd (12:30pm-1:15pm) for a gentle 45-minute meditation class designed to help you unwind from any stress from the day.

We’ll use calming, science-backed techniques like breathwork, body scanning, and nervous-system soothing practices to help reduce stress, release tension, and bring your body into a more restful state.

 

✨ What to bring:

  • Your own mat

  • Water

  • Anything else you need to feel comfortable (e.g. pillow)

 

All levels welcome — whether you’re new to meditation or already practicing!

Location: Seniors room, Peninsula Community Centre, Woy Woy (93 McMasters Road, Woy Woy NSW 2256)

Cost: $80 for all 4 sessions

Join me at the Peninsula Community Centre every Thursday from March 5th to March 26th (12:15pm-1pm) for a gentle 45-minute meditation class designed to help you unwind from any stress from the day.
